will complete an online questionnaire, which will help us recommend the right complementary therapist to
you.
You will have an online consultation of a duration of your choice with one of our complementary therapists
via
Zoom. You will be required to fill out our health questionnaire before your consultation with our therapist.
This questionnaire may contain some personally identifiable information. Our director and complementary
therapists may have access to such information in order to process this and you may be required to discuss
the
information provided further with your assigned therapist during the consultation. For the online sessions,
clients will be required to discuss their health questionnaire with their assigned complementary therapist
during the 1st session.

If you are a registered user of
Nilbon
and have supplied your email address, we may occasionally send you an email to tell you about new features,
newsletter, solicit your feedback, or just keep you up to date with what’s going on with Nilbon and other
fitness information. We shall keep this type of email to a minimum.
